General tips
When traveling from the Tokyo area to Kyoto, the shinkansen is very reliable and quick 🚄 No need to go through the airport security screening. Recommended to take transit the entire time you're here as the trains/buses are very prompt 🚇
Manner tip: try not to be too loud on the trains! It's frowned upon and there will occasionally be posters for foreigners as well
Waste hours and ¥¥¥ at an arcade to win basically nothing 🤑
Spend hours in a karaoke bar 🎤
Climb the ferocious Mt. Fuji ⛰️
Go full out naked at an onsen ♨️ (side quest: on a snowy day 🌨️)
Go to one of many animal cafes 🦦🐈🐕
Miss the last train and stay out all night 🌃
Yoink sushi at a rotating sushi restaurant 🍣
See the cherry blossoms 🌸
Slurp up some thicc udon noodles 🍜
Side quests
Visit a host/hostess club
Be a degenerate at a video game cafe
