Amarillo

Amarillo is a city in the Texas Panhandle. It’s a gateway to the vast, trail-lined Palo Duro Canyon State Park. The Cadillac Ranch is an installation of graffiti-decorated cars, partly buried in a field. With art deco and Spanish Revival buildings, the U.S. Route 66–Sixth Street Historic District is a hub for dining and antiques. The American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame & Museum is dedicated to the famous horse breed.

I used to live there and if it’s still there, the BEST place to eat is a lil ole mom & pop steakhouse about 20 min south of town called Lonestar. (Not the chain) it was sooooo good! Don’t go to The Big Texan. Food isn’t that good and if someone is doing the challenge you’ll probably be watching someone hurl while you eat 🤢 Here... I looked it up https://maps.apple.com/?address=935%20FM-1151,%20Unit%20A,%20Amarillo,%20TX%20%2079118,%20United%20States&auid=16887035864475011100&ll=35.091647,-101.829642&lsp=9902&q=Lone%20Star%20Bar%20%26%20Grill&_ext=ChkKBQgEEOIBCgQIBRADCgQIBhAUCgQIChAAEiQp2A02wS2LQUAxN/JBKn11WcA5VuNbHVSMQUBBOaUWSsl0WcA%3D&t=m

1050 for BBQ. There is a dover saddlery up that way ish too! We usually hit Sweet Firefly for homemade ice cream as well! Dallas Grilled Cheese Company is great, plus there is Joy Macarons near by. Can't go wrong with Gloria's either. Or deep sushi if you're into that. Emporium pies is amazing too
